Mr. Ratan Kant Sharma (Managing Trustee) a Civil Engineer by qualification and a well-known hotelier by profession is the brain behind this initiative. Late Smt. Kailash Kumari Sharma was grandmother of Mr. Ratan Kant Sharma and was his source of inspiration. Mr. Sharma provides impetus to the trust through his knowledge and vast experience.

Being a global citizen he always emphasizes on eminence of every initiative the trust takes up. Mr. Sharma’s deep rooted values and his emphasis on Indian heritage, art and culture is vividly visible in his exclusive creations like Fairmont Jaipur, Raffles Udaipur and Raffles Jaipur, with this he has been able to provide employment to the local artisans and provide a platform to showcase our Indian heritage to the world.

Mrs. Jui Kulkarni Sharma (Trustee)

Mrs. Jui Kulkarni Sharma (Trustee) A sea of omniscience and a mother of two brings compassion to every activity the trust does. A Computer Engineer by qualification, she always ensures that the trust contributes and makes a difference in the life of our youth. From inception to execution and finally realizing the dream project she puts in her heart and soul.

As a director of several luxury properties, she oversees multiple facets of their hotels (Fairmont Jaipur, Raffles Udaipur and Raffles Jaipur) including design, interiors, and IT. Her elegance in soft skills makes valuable impact in different projects the trust initiates. She has been actively taking up initiatives to preserve the traditions and cultural elements of Rajasthan.

Being Vocal for Local is what she believes in for all her luxe properties. She is also actively involved in working and educating special needs children through another project which is very close to her heart.
